The International Thespian Society is an honor society for high school and middle school theatre students. It is a division of the Educational Theatre Association. Thespian troupes serve students in grades 9–12.

From Mr. Lindsey 9/19:

We ask that you get the forms completed and turned in by Monday, 9/22 so that we can start getting students registered. Please use pencil on the events section to mark your top two preferences. If you are having your student attend in person, please let me know. We intend on all students participating whether through in-person attendance, or digital submission (no convention fees, only event fees).  
 
We are completing the financial aide application template and will send it out asap. 

State Convention (November): College auditions are open to Juniors and Seniors, and scholarships are only open to Seniors. 
 
NATIONAL CONVENTION (June/July): Nationals is a really great opportunity for college auditions and interviews (both tech and performance avenues). You ARE paying for a week of dining halls, festival workshops and events, room and board, so it can be considered expensive. I HIGHLY recommend if you go to nationals once, go the summer before senior year to best take advantage of the college auditions/interviews.
